Monthly Memberships
Memberships are great for creatives who are looking to use the space on a regular basis. All memberships are a 4-month minimum contract. You will be billed monthly, and your membership will continue to renew until cancelled. Just a reminder, membership hours do not rollover!

Studio Day Rates
Get creative in over 8,000 square feet of 1920's architecture! The Riverside features refinished and natural brick, tall ceilings, natural lighting and overhead lighting, patio space, a walk-in safe, and several other unique spaces. Our day rate renters will have access to the above furniture and our entire first floor including the patio.
Weekday Rates
$95/hr
$750/full day (12 hours)
Weekend Rates
$175/hr
$1,500/full day (12 hours)
Please Note:
Our Monthly Creator Packages and Day Rate bookings have a capacity of 20 people. Larger groups will require an event booking. If you have any questions about the different between a studio booking and an event booking, please inquiry with us. If you are hosting a party, serving food or drinks to guests, or bringing in event rentals/decor, that is considered an event. Please do not try to host an event with our studio rates. You will charged our event rate for the booking day or your event may be canceled onsite with no refunds.
For workshops, meetings, professional education, or other groups, please let us know the details to see if we can fit your group in our studio rates. If you have any questions at all about where your booking fits in the venue, please don't hesitate to ask!
Our studio calendar is open four months ahead of time and we do offer bookings as close as 48 hours in advance. Contact us directly via email if you would like a longer booking window or if you need a day-of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All studio bookings are non-refundable. In case of emergency, we do allow one reschedule with 24 hours of notice and re-bookings must be made within 4 weeks of the original date.
